User Guides will also be available on the Learning Home Dashboard under the 'What's New' section and videos will be available on Learning@PPOC. We will be hosting Ring the Trainer sessions the week before go-live to address any questions/concerns related to the upgrade. All Ring the Trainer sessions are scheduled 12-1 PM. Trainers will provide a brief demonstration at the beginning of the session and then open the floor for questions. Remember YOU lead the Ring the Trainer session!  If there are no questions, the sessions will end early.
