SMS Messaging Terms and Conditions
You may choose to sign up to receive text messages from your pediatrician’s office, which is a member of the PPOC network. These messages will include updates related to your or your child’s scheduled visits, MyChart account, one-time passcode for two factor authentication, billing notifications, medical reminders, and care management.
You can opt-out of SMS messages by texting STOP to the respective short code. Your opt-out request will generate one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. You will no longer receive SMS messages from the short code you opted out from. If you want to join again, sign up using your pediatrician’s office MyChart site.
